Director of Timetabling & Operations – POL 4 Full Time – 3 year tenure Commencing 27 January 2027 Key Responsibilities Report directly to the Vice Principal – Staff & Operations. Strategic design, development and ongoing management of the College timetable to support staffing, curriculum and organisational needs. Oversee operational functions of the College, ensuring smooth and efficient day‑to‑day running of school programmes and activities. Collaborate with the College Operations Team and relevant staff to coordinate and execute all College operations and events. Maintain strict confidentiality while managing complex logistical demands. Promote and uphold the Catholic values of the College and present a positive and appropriate public profile. Actively participate in the implementation of the College vision, mission and motto “Live Fully, Act Justly.” Qualifications & Skills Highly organised and proactive leadership experience.
