Overview We are seeking a remarkable Lawyer to join our growing Corporate practice in Perth. The role offers the opportunity to work with significant clients on complex, high‑value transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, equity capital markets, ASX listings, control transactions and corporate advisory matters. The focus includes the resources sector, particularly critical minerals, and offers exposure to a broad range of corporate matters. Responsibilities Collaborate with Corporate Partners and senior lawyers on high‑profile and emerging clients. Structure, draft and negotiate corporate transactions, including M&A, takeovers, corporate advisory and capital raising. Provide strategic advice in equity capital markets, ASX listings, control transactions and other corporate matters. Manage competing priorities across multiple busy matters, ensuring timely delivery. Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to a positive team environment. Qualifications 2‑5 years post‑qualification experience in Corporate M&A and Capital Markets, preferably from a top‑tier or reputable firm. Strong academic record. Client‑focused mindset and strong work ethic. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple busy matters.
