Role We’re looking for a commercially minded Analytics & BI Manager to join our growing Data & Analytics team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll lead key streams of work across BI products, commercial insights and decision support, while managing a small onshore and offshore team. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to improve how analytics work is scoped, prioritised, delivered and embedded into decision‑making. You’ll help surface opportunities, explain performance changes and deliver trusted insights that drive action. This role balances leadership with hands‑on analytics and BI work, staying close to the detail while helping shape broader strategy and delivery standards. Key Responsibilities Lead Analytics & BI delivery across a small onshore and offshore team Partner with stakeholders to prioritise high‑impact analytics initiatives Contribute directly to priority analytics and BI projects Use data to identify commercial opportunities, risks and performance trends Improve team delivery through effective prioritisation, workflow management and delivery discipline Promote strong BI and analytics standards across SQL, documentation, metric definitions and peer review Drive productivity improvements through AI‑enabled tools, automation and reusable workflows Coach and support analysts and BI developers to deliver high‑quality outcomes About You You’ll bring strong commercial thinking, hands‑on technical capability and the ability to keep work moving in a fast‑paced environment. You Ideally Have Significant experience in analytics, BI, insights or related data roles Experience leading, mentoring or coaching analysts and BI developers Advanced SQL and data modelling capability Strong experience with BI and cloud data tools such as Tableau, Snowflake or similar platforms Exposure to AI‑enabled tools, automation or modern analytics workflows Strong stakeholder management and communication skills The ability to translate business questions into clear analytical approaches and actionable insights Strong prioritisation and problem‑solving capability Why Join Compare Club?
