This is a hands‑on clinical leadership role suited to an experienced ECC nurse ready to step into greater responsibility and career progression, whilst still remaining involved in clinical shifts. Senior Veterinary Nurse The Senior Veterinary Nurse combines advanced clinical nursing with shift leadership, team mentorship and operational support. They supervise hospital operations during shifts, support ICU/CCU critical care cases, guide nursing staff and contribute to maintaining high clinical and cultural standards. As this is a 24/7 emergency hospital, availability for nights, weekends and public holidays is essential.
