About the Role We’re looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive new client growth, working with SMEs (5–80 employees) to deliver outsourced HR and Health & Safety solutions. This is a true new business role where your success is directly rewarded. Experience in a value-based sales is important. No industry experience? No problem, we prefer that you don’t. We invest heavily in training, onboarding including a dedicated induction at our Sydney HQ.
