The HCM Program Employee Experience Lead plays a key role in shaping how employees and candidates interact with V/Line's future HR services. This role is responsible for creating a seamless, intuitive and human-centered experience across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring every interaction is simple, consistent and aligned to V/Line's brand. You will lead the design of the "HR front door," including knowledge management, self-service pathways and case management across Workday and integrated platforms. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a large-scale HR transformation, partnering with HR, IT and change teams to simplify complex processes into clear, accessible journeys. With a focus on accessibility, innovation and continuous improvement, you will help deliver a modern, digital-first employee experience that improves adoption and overall engagement. About you You are an experienced digital or transformation professional with a strong background working in complex, enterprise environments—ideally across HR or people systems. You understand employee lifecycle processes and can translate complex policies and systems into clear, simple and user-friendly experiences. You're a confident collaborator who builds strong relationships across HR, IT and program teams, and you thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments. With a structured, detail-oriented approach, you are passionate about improving employee experiences, driving adoption and delivering practical, high-quality outcomes. Key Selection Criteria Previous involvement in designing end-to-end user experiences within Workday, with strong understanding of integrated HCM systems. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across HR, IT, and project teams. Experience facilitating workshops and co-design sessions, balancing user needs with business requirements and system constraints. Proven experience contributing to digital or HR transformation programs, with a focus on digital design and user experience. Demonstrated experience designing and delivering knowledge management solutions and self-service portals that enhance user experience, improve accessibility, and drive adoption of digital services. It is expected that all employees complete at least 12 months of continuous service in their current position before making an application for an alternate role.
