As Business Development Manager, you will manage a portfolioof accounts, drawn from Kennards Hire’s top customer base. Your role is todeepen relationships, win new business and grow existing accounts and deliverstructured, solution-led growth. About the RoleYou will be responsible for driving growth across a definedportfolio of major accounts, balancing executive-level engagement andoperational personnel. Key responsibilities include: Managingand growing a portfolio of Tier 1 customer accounts Increasingwallet share through targeted, solution-led engagement Buildingstrong relationships across all stakeholder levels, from site teams tosenior executives Deliveringboardroom-level presentations on capability, solutions and valueproposition Developingand executing customer-specific growth plans aligned to sales strategy Managinga strong pipeline of qualified opportunities across the WA region Partneringwith internal teams to ensure customer commitments can be deliveredoperationally Providinginput into pricing, forecasts and account planning Maintainingstrong CRM discipline and portfolio management About You You will bring: Provenexperience managing major or Tier 1 customer accounts Demonstratedboardroom and senior stakeholder presentation experience Strongcommunication skills with the ability to flex style between executive andoperational audiences Asolutions-led approach to sales, rather than transactional selling Solidcommercial acumen and confidence discussing value, not just price Experiencein construction, infrastructure or a related industry (highly regarded) This role is not suited to junior BDMs or candidates withoutexecutive presentation exposure Why Join the Kennards Hire Family?
