You love a great recruitment proces s - can ensure key projects have ‘trains run on time’. You’re excited about sourcing, screening, interviewing & closing great hires. Happy on the tools - you’re pragmatic, not corporate. You’d rather ship quickly and iterate (inc. using AI / no-code) than building a perfect 30-page handbook nobody reads.
