About the role: Be responsible for overseeingthe build from start to finish - $7 mil Refurbishment of Age Care Project. Oversee all sub-contractors & manage the quality of finishes Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets Ensure programme measures are being met and client is kept up to date Your Background: Experiencewith site managing commercial fit out/refurb or finishes on new build projects Ideally worked at a commercial builder in a Site Manager or Foreman role Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality Positive attitude with the right temperament Ability to communicate effectively & drive programme You will Receive: Employment with a commercial builder with strong project pipeline $150k - $170k package, based on years of experience Support from office Genuine processes in place to make work About the company & Culture Commercial builder who has been in the Melbourne market for thirty years, and has consistent work across: Age Care, Retirement and Commercial projects up to $50 mil Family friendly and a great team environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
