Graham Lancaster AM Director of this firm is also recognised as being an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation and an Accredited Mediator. The successful candidate should have: Minimum experience of 6-8 years post-admission experience Sound legal knowledge with a tech savvy approach Provide exceptional client focussed service Strive towards technical excellence and continuous skill development Have high level written and verbal communication skills Be able to demonstrate a strategic approach with lateral thinking Be a team player with a leadership approach within a dynamic team Experience in the following areas of law is highly desirable: Commercial Litigation & Mediation Commercial and Corporations matters Civil Litigation Work Health & Safety Employment and Industrial Law Wills & Estates and contested Will Applications Strata Law (optional) Family Law (optional)
