The Role We are seeking a full‑time Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple residential and commercial projects from start to finish. The role involves managing programs, budgets, and resources; coordinating subcontractors and suppliers; ensuring WHS and NCC compliance; and maintaining high standards of quality through to project handover. Responsibilities Oversee multiple residential and commercial projects from start to finish. Manage programs, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with WHS and NCC. Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to maintain high standards of quality. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related discipline. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors across multiple projects. Strong knowledge of Australian building codes, WHS legislation, and the NCC. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
