What you'll do You will be responsible for preparing credit application files for decisioning by a credit manager. As a Credit Assessor, your role will entail: Following up customers daily for the information required to complete an assessment Assessing credit risk and providing pricing and outcome recommendations for personal loan applications Accurately assessing a customer’s loan application and validating data in line with policy and regulations Being responsible for the quality of files to ensure correct and complete information is available to enable settlement to proceed Developing strong credit assessment and structuring skills by working with a diverse customer set Responding to enquiries and qualifying customers for finance by completing the application process with customers over the phone and via email Providing outstanding customer service to OMM’s customers and vendor partners.
