Role: OT Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist Experience: 10+ Years Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain OT cybersecurity compliance processes aligned with IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001, NIS2, and Australian cybersecurity frameworks. Conduct OT cybersecurity risk assessments, vulnerability analysis, threat modelling, and remediation tracking for industrial systems and connected equipment. Review and support secure design and implementation of PLC, SCADA, HMI, industrial networks, remote access solutions, and OT infrastructure. Coordinate cybersecurity governance, supplier compliance reviews, audits, FAT/SAT activities, incident response, and lifecycle security management across projects. Create and maintain cybersecurity documentation including compliance reports, risk registers, asset inventories, network diagrams, hardening standards, and recovery procedures. Skills Required Strong hands‑on experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity, industrial automation, and industrial network security environments. Expertise in cybersecurity standards and frameworks including IEC 62443, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, NIS2, and Australian Essential Eight. Experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, HMI platforms, industrial communication protocols, firewalls, VLANs, and secure remote access technologies. Strong knowledge of vulnerability management, penetration testing support, patch management, backup/recovery, and industrial system hardening. Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, technical documentation, communication, and risk management skills with experience working across engineering, IT, and operations teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
