This role focuses on delivering client-centred care and support to mums, babies and families within the community. You will work within a collaborative and supportive team environment and play an important role in promoting positive health outcomes and supporting families through early childhood and parenting journeys. You will be supported by an experienced Clinical Nurse Educator and a buddy system to provide a smooth transition into the role.
