About This Role This is a fixed‑term 12‑month contract for the position of Centre Director at Only About Children Berwick, with potential for extension and career growth within OAC. Responsibilities Lead and support a team of educators across three bright learning rooms and large outdoor spaces. Foster a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore, create, and learn. Engage families, making them feel warm and welcome at the centre. Ensure compliance with all child safety, well‑being, and protection policies. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education. Prior experience leading or helping to lead a team. Strong understanding of rules and regulations that keep children safe.
