Western Work Force are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our clients, a mining and civils company based in Jandakot, WA. This position is offered on a full-time, six-month contract basis. This role will see you partnering closely with Project Managers and site personnel to ensure all commercial and contractual aspects of projects are managed effectively. Key Responsibilities Overseeing the administration of contracts, including subcontractor agreements, variations, and supporting documentation Assisting in tracking project costs, assessing progress claims, and contributing to budget monitoring and financial forecasts Drafting and reviewing contractual communications, ensuring alignment with agreed terms and conditions Supporting procurement activities and maintaining well‑organised project records and documentation systems Collaborating with project and site teams to ensure smooth commercial operations throughout the project lifecycle Assist in the evaluation and negotiation of subcontractor tenders, ensuring value for money and alignment with project requirements Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to optimise project outcomes About You 3‑5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction, mining or engineering industry. Solid knowledge of contract administration processes, including handling variations and claims Strong commercial awareness, with hands‑on experience in cost control, reporting, and forecasting Available to start immediately What’s on Offer Hourly rate of $70 per hour.
