About the Role ProPharma is expanding its Digital Transformation group and seeks a Freelance/Contract Scientific Business Analyst to support a key life‑sciences client. The role is based in a location commutable to Melbourne and will work on a hybrid basis. Responsibilities Provide technical expertise on clients’ global scientific platforms. Gather requirements, develop process maps, and translate them into workflows. Develop, implement, validate, and maintain scientific technology solutions. Ensure alignment with global governance frameworks and best practices for systems. Collaborate with internal and external developers during building and implementation phases. Design and deliver training materials and sessions to promote user adoption and standardization. Qualifications Experience with scientific laboratory workflows in the life‑science space, including an understanding of industry challenges and mitigation strategies. Experience in laboratory informatics business analysis. Business analysis experience (requirements gathering and documentation). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong stakeholder and change management abilities. Structured approach to problem‑solving.
