The Role As a therapist at Connect2Care, you will join a multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based services through various delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services. Referrals may come through NDIS, Medicare, or privately. This is a mobile role with options to work from home or our hubs when not seeing clients. Responsibilities include: Assessing and providing interventions for children & adults with disabilities Working within the NDIS to enhance clients' function, capacity, and social engagement Assisting with assistive technology assessments, recommendations, and applications Timely documentation and report writing Managing a varied caseload Meeting professional expectations such as billables and client management Building relationships with stakeholders, including therapists, clients, and referral sources Utilizing leading software platforms and online tools The NewGrad Program Connect2Care offers a tailored NewGraduate Program to ease the transition for new graduates, supporting skill acquisition for a successful career. The program spans 12 months, starting from your first day.
