About the Role This is a newly created, standalone People & Culture Manager role and a genuine opportunity to build something from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll have full ownership of the P&C function, with the space to shape how it looks, feels and operates. You’ll work closely with leadership to bring clarity and consistency to people practices while supporting day‑to‑day delivery. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being hands‑on, influencing at a senior level, and making a visible impact across the business. Key responsibilities include End-to-end ownership of the People & Culture function Building policies, frameworks and core HR processes from scratch Partnering with leaders to strengthen culture and performance Evolving performance practices and introducing greater consistency Managing recruitment and improving onboarding experiences Supporting remuneration reviews, benchmarking and reward frameworks Managing employee relations and compliance matters Introducing HR systems, reporting and more structured ways of working About You You’re someone who thrives in environments where you can build, shape and influence. You enjoy being close to the business and are comfortable creating structure where it doesn’t yet exist. You’re hands‑on, commercially minded, and confident in influencing stakeholders while keeping things moving.
