About the Role Lead day‑to‑day operations of a small, well‑resourced service. Support, mentor, and inspire a close‑knit team of educators. Build warm, professional relationships with families. Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards. Work in partnership with supportive, engaged owners. About You Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education. Prior experience as a Director or strong leadership experience. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A genuine passion for high‑quality early childhood education.
