Skills/Experience 10+ years experience in performance testing and performance engineering across large, complex systems. Proven ability to define, maintain, and apply enterprise performance testing guardrails aligned to the Enterprise framework. Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining performance testing roadmaps, with clear delivery paths, milestones, and maturity uplift goals. Strong hands‑on expertise with enterprise performance testing tools (e.g. LoadRunner), including scripting, execution, and tuning. Experience operating in large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and delivery streams.
