At Nespresso, we don’t just sell coffee - we create moments. This is a Full‑Time (32 hour/44 hour per week) role on a rotating roster, including alternate weekends, late‑night trade and keyholder responsibilities. Responsibilities Lead, inspire and shape the boutique coffee experience everyday. Share your expertise to ignite a love of coffee within your team and customers. Plan, deliver and review engaging coffee training sessions and memorable masterclasses. Lead coffee launches and tasting experiences, ensuring every cup reflects our high standards. Act as the boutique’s coffee leader – building team capability and cultivating a culture of learning. Support daily operations, including opening and closing responsibilities as a keyholder. Create meaningful customer connections by bringing passion, knowledge and warmth to every conversation. Qualifications A true coffee lover with the desire to inspire others. Experience in retail or hospitality, ideally with exposure to training or leadership. Confidence in delivering workshops or coaching team members. A strong communicator who creates memorable customer experiences. A leader who leads by example, supports their team and thrives in a fast‑paced boutique setting.
