As an Elderbloom Registered Nurse, as member of the clinical and care team, you will be: Providing high quality resident-focused clinical care and support Working collaboratively with management and fellow clinical and care team members Motivating, leading and supervising care and support services staff Completing reporting and documentation requirements To be a successful applicant you will be/have: Registered without conditions or notations as an RN with AHPRA A genuine passion for caring for the elderly A person-centered approach to your role with a focus on customer service Computer literacy and good communication skills Essential criteria for this position include: Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a nurse Minimum of 1 year’s experience working in Aged Care Proof of current flu vaccination status Proof of current COVID vaccination status Current National Police Certificate (minimum of 6 months) or willing to undergo a Criminal Clearance Check Right to work in Australia Why Work for Elderbloom?
