Overview Eagle Drilling NQ, a Queensland locally owned and operated exploration drilling contractor, is seeking an experienced Drilling Supervisor to supervise and mentor multiple sites across QLD and NSW. Responsibilities Supervise and mentor drilling sites in QLD and NSW. Ensure safety compliance and implement industry safety innovations. Provide leadership and effective communication across teams. Travel as required. Qualifications Previous supervisory experience in the drilling industry. Minimum 5 years drilling experience (RC or Diamond). Up‑to‑date knowledge of modern drilling techniques. Strong leadership attributes and highly effective communication skills. Competent with computers and app‑based technology. Certificate IV Drilling (preferred). Current QLD Heavy Vehicle License or above. Pass a pre‑employment medical, functional assessment and drug screen. Satisfactory police clearance (3 months).
