Role Description This is a full-time on‑site role for an Immigration Lawyer with a minimum of 3‑5+ years of post‑admission experience (PAE). The Immigration Lawyer will be responsible for handling a variety of immigration cases, providing legal advice and assistance to clients, preparing and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in tribunal and court, and staying up‑to‑date with immigration laws and regulations. Qualifications Strong knowledge of immigration laws and regulations Experience in handling a variety of immigration cases Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team Experience in court representation is preferred Law degree and admission to practice in Australia Additional accreditation or specialization in immigration law is a plus Salary: $80,000 gross plus superannuation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
