As an Assistant Store Manager for Witchery, you will oversee and drive store performance, working collaboratively with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve sales and profitability targets. With a focus on team training and development, you will identify, support and nurture future leaders within the team. How You Will Contribute Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on product knowledge and customer-led service to deliver an exceptional store experience. Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities. Understand the strengths, opportunities, and development needs of the team, setting clear plans to address these for future growth. Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and visitors, promoting wellbeing. Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate the team’s role in delivering it.
