About The Role Emergency Communications Officers (Triple Zero Call‑takers) receive and process all emergency and non‑emergency Triple Zero calls from the public and other emergency service agencies. You will be well supported from your first day with us, with fully paid comprehensive training before you then start talking real Triple Zero calls with your teammates and team leaders on hand to support, guide and help whatever the circumstances.
