Reputable Mechanical Services Contractor – Commercial A leading, National mechanical services contractor is seeking a Building Performance Manager BMS / HVAC to join its team. This role is suited to a technically strong building services professional with experience in BMS, HVAC commissioning, building tuning, analytics or energy performance. You will work with service clients to improve building efficiency, system performance and sustainability through BMS analysis, smart analytics, technical reporting and ongoing optimisation. Key Responsibilities Review BMS data, controls strategies and building performance. Identify tuning and optimisation opportunities. Prepare performance reports and tuning proposals. Work with BMS providers, service teams and commissioning teams to resolve issues. Support project handovers and Defects Liability Period tuning. Assist with NABERS, Green Star and WELL requirements where applicable. Build strong relationships with clients, builders, subcontractors and internal teams. About You You will ideally have: Experience in BMS, controls, HVAC, commissioning, mechanical services or energy performance. Strong understanding of BMS integration with HVAC systems. Ability to analyse building data and identify performance issues. Strong communication and reporting skills. Confidence working with clients and subcontractors. Ability to work autonomously.
