Designation / Job title -ICT Project Manager Primary or Mandatory skills 7+ years in technical project management within AEM implementation Experience in technical aspects of AEM as a Cloud Service, microservice integration, and front-end technologies etc. Good to have skills Experience with Execution of AEM Migration project Project Planning and Budgetting Experience with scrum methodologies & tools Responsibilities 7+ years in technical project management or IT project delivery, specifically within AEM implementation Ensure technical delivery aligns with approved scope, performance standards and AEM best practices. Experience in leading and executing AEM Migration project Ability to discuss technical aspects of AEM as a Cloud Service, microservice integration, and front-end technologies etc Act as the liaison between product owners, UX, AEM developers, testing team, other stakeholders and vendors Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks by tracking them through tools like Jira and Confluence. Collaborate with AEM/FE technical architects to identify gaps in the implementation and do corrective steps Coordinate with Deployment team to plan releases and subsequent activities. Work with AEM Producers on functional walkthrough sessions. Ensure documentation of AEM authoring guide in AEM cloud for producers Maintain project plans, dashboards and status reports to ensure timely delivery of AEM sites, components and workflows Maintain the scope /in scope of AEM components/pages by collaborating with producers and customer squads Extensive experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence). Defect triage collaborating with multiple teams Scrum Master for the Agile team ,facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
