About the Opportunity Reporting to the Head of Risk and Regulatory Affairs, the Enterprise Risk Lead is a key member of Adica’s Risk and Governance team. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Adica’s enterprise risk management framework, aligned to APRA prudential standards and international risk frameworks. In this role, you will proactively identify, assess, and mitigate Insurance, Financial and Strategic Risks, working closely with the 1st Line of Accountability (1LoC) to document risks and controls. You will ensure Adica operates within its risk appetite, meets regulatory expectations, and continues to strengthen its risk culture. This is a hybrid role based at our St Kilda Road office in Melbourne. What You'll Be Responsible For Implement and manage the enterprise risk management framework, including policies and procedures. Conduct risk assessments, control testing, and assurance activities across enterprise risks. Develop and manage controls assessment and testing, recommending improvements where required. Horizon scan and monitor emerging risks. Provide risk advice and subject matter expertise to stakeholders and governance committees. Prepare risk reporting for senior management and the Board. Promote and embed a strong risk culture and the three lines of accountability model. Support the broader Risk Team as required. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date data in the GRC system. What You'll Bring Degree in Finance, Business, Law, Risk Management, or related field. 3+ years’ experience in Risk, Compliance, Assurance, or Internal Audit. Strong policy drafting and analytical skills. Advanced Microsoft Suite proficiency. Experience in APRA-regulated Financial Services. Knowledge of CPS220, CPS230, CPS234, FAR, and ISO standards.
