Position Type: Casual 2 full days a week and coverage for sick and annual leave. Myaree Medical Centre is seeking an experienced and dedicated Practice Nurse for immediate start to join our friendly and professional team at our modern, purpose-built private general practice in Myaree. Opened in 2014, our clinic provides exceptional healthcare services to our community in a warm and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Working as a treatment room nurse providing a variety of clinical services to patients. Immunisations, wound care, desensitisations, electrocardiograms, Holter Monitors. Providing chronic disease management plans and health assessments, driving Medicals. Assisting GPs with small procedures such as skin biopsies, IUD insertions, iron infusions. Ensuring the highest standards of patient care and service. Adhering to clinic protocols and policies. Experience using Best Practice software (advantage). Current Immunisation Certificate. Working with Children Check. First Aid Certificate. Strong communication and organisational skills. A compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
