Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in a permanent full-time position based in the East End of Adelaide CBD. This is an opportunity to further develop your recruitment career while working alongside a knowledgeable and supportive team. The Role This position will focus heavily on candidate sourcing and talent engagement across the commercial construction and property sectors. You will play a key role in identifying high-quality candidates, building talent pipelines and supporting consultants across active vacancies and future opportunities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Sourcing candidates through SEEK Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter and internal databases Conducting project and market mapping across the construction and property industries Reaching out to candidates confidently through both verbal and written communication Conducting phone screens and initial candidate interviews Writing candidate summaries and maintaining accurate database records Formatting CVs in line with ROUSSOS branding guidelines Writing engaging job advertisements and candidate outreach messages Supporting consultants with reference checks, candidate coordination and general recruitment administration Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and industry professionals The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised and confident communicating with people at all levels. This role will suit someone who enjoys building relationships, has a strong attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Previous experience within recruitment, talent sourcing or candidate management is essential, along with the confidence to engage with candidates professionally across both phone and written communication.
