Your Role as Facilities Asset Manager Plan and oversee the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services in alignment with contractual obligations. Manage relationships with the primary facility maintenance provider, Honeywell, as well as local GEO maintenance teams and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations while promoting a safe workplace. Lead and facilitate workgroups by establishing effective workplace relationships to achieve shared goals. Set work priorities, delegate tasks, and ensure timely execution of maintenance projects. Engage in budget setting and expenditure management to ensure financial accountability. Conduct thorough handovers of large infrastructure projects and oversee User Acceptance Testing procedures. Communicate effectively with senior representatives from GEO, Corrections Victoria, and various stakeholders to drive collaboration. About You Relevant qualifications and extensive experience in Asset Maintenance/Management. Proven senior management experience within complex operational settings. Strong contractor management skills and the ability to adhere to schedules while achieving outcomes. Exceptional negotiation skills with a focus on respectful and objective communication. Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively and make informed decisions. High level report writing skills with attention to detail.
