Responsibilities You'll be a part of our IT team based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. This role involves gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements, designing user‑centric solutions, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. The position plays a key role in translating complex business challenges into technology solutions. Working Conditions This is a permanent, full‑time opportunity. Qualifications Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst or a similar role. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business or a related field, and an accredited qualification in business analysis. Certification in Lean Six Sigma is desirable. Proven experience in:Facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements. Defining epics and user stories. Writing and executing test cases, and managing the end‑to‑end testing process. Working in an Agile environment to deliver software development projects. Engaging and managing both technical and business stakeholders, with excellent stakeholder‑management skills.
