Collaborate with stakeholders to assess change impacts and develop effective communication plans. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new processes. Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives to senior leadership. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for successful project delivery. Work closely with the Human Resources department to align change initiatives with organisational goals. Provide ongoing support and guidance to teams during the change process. Evaluate the success of change initiatives and recommend improvements for future projects. The Successful Applicant A successful Organisational Change Project Manager should have: A strong background in change management and HR within the public sector. Proven experience in delivering organisational change projects including redundancies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with Human Resources processes and practices. A commitment to fostering sustainable and innovative practices. An empathetic and kind nature.
