Summary of Position The Head of Customer Operations is a key leadership role responsible for leading our Customer Support and Field Services functions. This role will shape the future of our customer experience by strengthening service delivery, building team capability, and driving continuous improvement across the function. You will play a critical role in ensuring our support model evolves to meet growing customer expectations and business needs. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Customer Operations function, including Customer Support and Field Services, fostering a high‑performance, customer‑focused culture. Set the strategic direction for service delivery, ensuring consistent, high‑quality customer outcomes. Champion innovation in AI, automation, and digital tools. Oversee complex customer issues and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Partner cross‑functionally to improve responsiveness and enhance the end‑to‑end customer experience. Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, and ways of working to improve efficiency, scalability, and service quality. Leverage performance data, trends, and customer insights to inform decisions and prioritise improvements. Build team capability and support leadership development across the function. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience leading customer operations, support, or service delivery teams within software, hardware, or technology environments. Strong experience with AI‑enabled support models, automation, or digital service tools. Strong coaching and mentoring capability to develop future leaders. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across the business. Strong leadership capability with experience building high‑performing, customer‑centric teams. Demonstrated ability to lead through growth and organisational change. Commercial mindset with a practical, outcomes‑focused approach.
