This is a hands on leadership role where you'll coach, develop, and inspire a high performing team while driving sales.In this role, you’ll: Lead a talented team of sales consultants and designers, driving leads, appointments, conversions, and high-value sales. Coach, mentor, and develop staff to ensure they reach their full potential. Oversee showroom performance and ensure operational excellence across the team. Monitor performance, implement process improvements, and maintain reporting standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize showroom results and support marketing campaigns. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality work and smooth coordination across the team. We’re looking for someone who: Has proven sales and team management experience (retail, interiors or high performance sales background). Results-driven, with a focus on conversion, margin, and customer experience. Excels at coaching, mentoring, and building strong relationships. Is highly organized, analytical, and tech-savvy (Microsoft Office required; CAD a plus). Resilient, energetic and driven, comfortable managing a mix of staffand contractors.
