Qualifications and Experience Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved). Director/Centre Manager experience in Early Childhood preferred but not essential. Working knowledge and strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS and QIP. Strong understanding of the Rights of the Child and Child Safe Practices and standards. Strong leadership in team development, culture and retention. Current NSW Working with Children Check and approved Child Protection Training. First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification. Australian working rights (citizenship, residency or visa). NSW Police Check. Confident communication, people management and organisational skills.
