Role Summary Director/Nominated Supervisor Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and industry best practices. Ensure that all educational programmes and practices align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. Oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures and quality improvement plans. Lead marketing activities including social media and community engagement. Manage administration, including enrolments, fees, reports and notifications. Liaise directly with approved providers and report to them on a daily basis. Build and nurture respectful and meaningful relationships with families, children and the team. Develop and sustain the team culture at Big Bear Academy. Mentor, coach and guide the team. Key Qualifications & Experience Diploma or ECT qualification for Birth to 6 years (actively working towards will be accepted). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills. Thorough knowledge of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework and relevant legislation. Commitment to providing high‑quality care and learning experiences. Relevant certifications such as First Aid and Child Protection.
