Family Lawyer - Senior Associate / Special Counsel Village Family Lawyers is a progressive boutique family law practice located in Malvern and Mount Eliza, Victoria. We are looking for a passionate family lawyer (Senior Associate/Special Counsel) with a minimum of 5 years post‑admission family law experience for either office. The role is primarily full‑time but substantial part‑time and hybrid models will be considered. Responsibilities Provide high‑quality family law services including complex parenting and financial/property matters, maintenance applications, divorce and Intervention Orders, representation in Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, court appearances, instructing counsel and precise legal drafting.
