Job Description In this role, you will primarily: Drive handson business development across key industrial customers in the region. Build strong, longterm customer relationships through regular site visits, technical discussions and proactive engagement. Identify new business opportunities, tendering prospects and growth pathways across existing and emerging clients. Review pump specifications, provide technical support and prepare proposals tailored to customer needs. Act as the technical and commercial face of the operation, representing the brand in the field. You will also: Oversee operational workflow to ensure orders, jobs and repairs are delivered on time, on spec and safely. Support process improvements and ensure compliance with HSE requirements. Provide daily guidance to a small operationsfocused team of technicians and support staff. Manage backlog reporting, operational metrics and customer delivery performance.
