About the Role You’ll work with a diverse portfolio of operating businesses, high-net-worth families, and individuals, delivering proactive advice and exceptional service. This is an opportunity to develop your skills across compliance, advisory, and leadership. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing financial statements and income tax returns across companies, trusts, and SMSFs. Providing high-quality tax compliance, planning, and advisory services. Advising on business structuring, strategic planning, and growth strategies. Mentoring and supervising junior team members. Managing workflows, budgets, and deadlines effectively. Staying up to date with regulatory changes to deliver the most current advice. About You You’re a career-focused professional with a passion for client service and continuous improvement. You’ll bring: 3+ years’ experience in Australian tax/business services (required). CA/CPA qualified or progressing (preferred). Strong technical skills across a variety of entity types. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Proficiency with cloud-based accounting systems (Xero certification highly regarded). Why Join Stannards?
