Responsibilities To bring high level operational processes, with a clear management and administrative focus, in line with the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 & Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011 and ensuring that the centre meets licensing requirements. To implement effective and efficient operations of the Little Swaggies Childcare Centre in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Licensee, Winton Shire Council and in line with the regulatory compliance requirements for operating a Childcare facility. The implementation of all relevant policy, procedure, and the process management of the centre and within Winton Shire Councils governance protocols.
