About the Role We are looking for a Rooms Division Manager who understands instinctively what it means to deliver exceptional accommodation experiences — someone who brings the same standards to a pre-arrival email as to the moment a guest steps into their room. Responsibilities Reporting to the Hotel Operations Manager, you will lead the rooms division across both Lake House and Dairy Flat Lodge. Overseeing front office, housekeeping, houseman and reservations. Responsible for the seamless, consistent and beautifully executed delivery that defines the Lake House stay. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be on the floor, in the rooms, in the detail — building a team that operates with pride, precision and warmth, and a guest experience that earns loyalty and return visits. Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in a senior rooms or front office leadership role within a luxury property. Extensive experience across yield managment, reservations and sales Required Skills A genuine feel for service: what it looks like, what it feels like, and what separates the good from the exceptional. Strong people leadership — you recruit well, develop your team with intention, and hold high standards with warmth. Financial discipline: cost control, labour management and budget ownership across your departments. Confident with systems — PMS, reservations platforms, rostering and reporting tools.
