Overview In this role, you’ll support the success of a key grocery account by keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring customer plans are delivered flawlessly. You’ll work closely with the National Account Manager and cross‑functional teams across Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations to bring campaigns, product launches and in‑store execution to life. Responsibilities Keeping account data, reports and systems accurate, organised and up to date. Supporting a major grocery partner with reliable operational and sales information. Preparing polished, customer‑ready reports, insights and presentations. Coordinating product launches, promotions and ranging changes from start to finish. Spotting performance trends or issues and working with teams to resolve them quickly. Assisting with forecasts, dashboards and ongoing account administration. Building strong connections with internal teams and external partners to keep everything aligned. Qualifications Hold a degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in Retail, Sales or Commercial. Have great organisation and attention to detail.
