BFT Doncaster has an opportunity for an experienced professional to lead our team as our new Senior Trainer. In this role, you’ll become the face of our business and an integral part of everything we do. You’ll be critical to the growth of our member base. You’ll play an active role in recruiting new members and retaining our existing ones. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll ensure all members feel welcome and guide them through motivating and inspiring 50-minute workouts. As the Senior Trainer, you will oversee our training team along with the Studio Manager , ensuring that all trainers use their knowledge, skills, and abilities to teach safe and effective exercise at all times ... and will use their great personalities to make BFT the best training experience anywhere! In this role, you’ll be working closely with the owner/franchisee to deliver the studio's member growth and profitability aspirations. This job will be working predominantly on the floor, taking classes, and a small role in the administration. THE MUST-HAVES Demonstrated experience leading teams Previous training experience, preferably group training Demonstrated experience building and sustaining a client base Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness or higher WE’LL PROVIDE 15+ hours per week with room to grow.
