The Role The Senior Account Manager at Tiny Giants serves as the strategic quarterback for a portfolio of brand clients, driving campaign excellence from conception to execution while fostering deep client relationships. This role requires seamless integration across global operations, exceptional strategic thinking, and the ability to lead client business while orchestrating our integrated production and creative teams. This position reports to the Head of Agency. Key Responsibilities – Client Business Leadership Lead all aspects of client business strategy, positioning yourself as a trusted strategic partner Drive client business growth through innovative solutions and strategic recommendations Take ownership of client scope of work management responsibility Conduct strategic business reviews and present growth opportunities to client partners Lead client relationship management across all touch points, from day-to-day operations to executive-level strategic discussions Maintain seamless communication and collaboration with agency teams in the United States and Germany Participate in global strategy sessions and align local execution with international brand standards Coordinate cross-time zone project workflows and ensure consistent brand delivery globally Share local market insights with global teams and implement global best practices locally Manage resource allocation and workflow coordination between local and Australian teams Facilitate knowledge transfer and maintain brand consistency across all regional operations Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal creative teams, translating business objectives into creative briefs Manage the delivery of digital projects, including websites, apps, content, CRM, campaigns and platform integrations Experience delivering digital campaign and evergreen platform reporting leveraging data and analytics Strong knowledge of digital platforms, UX, CMS, content strategy and production workflows Understanding of digital media, analytics and performance marketing Lead creative presentations to clients, articulating strategic rationale behind creative recommendations Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure feasibility, quality control, and on-time delivery Provide creative teams with market insights and client feedback to inform strategy and execution Champion creative excellence while balancing client expectations, timeline constraints, and budget parameters Experience with agile/SCRUM, Jira, Monday.com or similar tools Lead and inspire cross-functional teams including creative directors, designers, strategists, and production specialists Foster collaborative relationships between local teams and Australian headquarters staff Conduct regular creative and production briefings, ensuring clear communication of project objectives Build strong working relationships with production partners and external vendors Champion Tiny Giants' creative culture and maintain high standards of work quality across all teams Business Development & Strategic Growth Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing client relationships Lead expansion of client partnerships through strategic account planning and relationship building Collaborate with global teams to leverage international capabilities for client growth Performance & Analytics Monitor campaign performance against client KPIs and business objectives Generate comprehensive performance reports and strategic recommendations for agency partners Analyse market trends and consumer insights to inform creative and strategic decisions Track competitive landscape and identify opportunities for client competitive advantage Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 5-7 years of advertising agency experience with progressive account management responsibilities Demonstrated success in leading creative and production teams through complex projects Strong presentation and public speaking skills Proficiency in project management tools, analytics platforms, and collaborative software Deep understanding of creative processes, production workflows, and media planning Experience managing full client P&L responsibility and driving profitable growth Desired Qualifications Experience working with Fortune 500 brands or equivalent international clients Previous collaboration with Australian/Asia-Pacific markets or global agencies Track record of successful creative leadership and award-winning campaign development Knowledge of emerging digital platforms, technologies, and creative production techniques Previous experience mentoring and developing creative and account teams Industry certifications and continued professional development MBA or advanced marketing/communications degree Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Advertising Services Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia #J-18808-Ljbffr
