The Role As a Sales & Leasing Executive for this successful organisation you will be undertaking the end-to-end sales and leasing process. You will develop and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants. In return, you will be rewarded with a very attractive base + commission package, as well as the opportunity to progress within the business. The Responsibilities Client development, canvassing, and relationship growth. Negotiation of sales and leasing terms between transactional parties. Liaising with solicitors and interpretation of commercial leases and sales contracts. Succinct data management and record-keeping. Market a personal brand to clients that aligns with the company's core values.
