About the Role Were seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee mining operators at the Sino Iron Mine in WA. In this hands‑on leadership role, youll be responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring safe and efficient production, and supporting a high‑performing team environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and support mining plant operators to achieve production and safety targets Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with site procedures Conduct pre‑starts, toolbox meetings, and incident reviews Foster a positive team culture built on communication, safety, and accountability Liaise with client representatives to maintain strong working relationships Requirements Current S26 Supervisor Qualification (or equivalent) Demonstrated experience as both an operator and supervisor in mining support operations Strong understanding of mobile plant capabilities (dozers, loaders, haul trucks, water carts, etc.) Proven commitment to safety leadership and positive team engagement Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Ability to work an 8/6 dayshift roster Flights provided ex‑Perth Why National Group?
