We’re looking for an experienced Wholesale Account Manager with strong coffee and equipment knowledge aligned with a passion for coffee to drive growth across North Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and surrounding northern regions. This is a field‑based role focused on winning new business, growing existing wholesale partnerships and supporting customers. What You’ll Be Doing Growing and managing a portfolio of wholesale café and hospitality customers Identifying and securing new business opportunities across your territory Building strong long‑term customer relationships Supporting customers with coffee machine management and basic technical troubleshooting Coordinating equipment servicing and maintenance requirements Working closely with our Coffee Trainers and internal support teams Regular customer visits, relationship management and territory planning What We’re Looking For A love of coffee Previous account management or sales experience in FMCG, coffee or hospitality Strong knowledge of coffee and café operations Technical understanding of coffee machines, equipment maintenance and troubleshooting A proactive “hunter” mindset with strong relationship‑building skills Someone based in North Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast or surrounding northern suburbs Strong communication, organisation and customer service skills Why Join Merlo?
